convert photos into cartoon

Here are quick tips on turning photos into cartoon images using Adobe Photoshop CS5 tool or later versions:                                     in the edit imagesbefore

 

Open the photo file to be modified. Make sure your photos in RGB mode format. To check use the menu bar Image-> Mode-> RGBColor

Then use the Poster Edges filter, via the menu bar Filter->Artistic-> Poster Edges

After that adjust the brightness of the image in a way thicnessEdge 10, Edge Intensity 7, Posterization 3
  After that kilk ok

 

 And the final touch is to add the artistic cut-outs, through the barmenu Filter-> Artistic-> Cut Out.
